Russian system integrator obtains Avaya authorizations for the most comprehensive solutions’ implementation.

8/4/2008, Moscow, Russia - STEP LOGIC successfully passed certification for Avaya IP Telephony Complex, Avaya Interaction Center and CRM & Call Center product authorizations.
These authorizations confirm the company’s competence in projects realized on Avaya Product line and strengthen STEP LOGIC positions’ on the system integration market.
IP Telephony Complex accomplished the wide set of STEP LOGIC’s Avaya specializations. The company acquired a right to implement and to maintain the full complex of solutions offered by Avaya from 12-ports Small IP Office up to 36 000 Avaya Media Server S87xx solution. The achieved specializations let STEP LOGIC realize the projects of any difficulty level from SMB sector up to corporate network deployment for big geographically distributed companies.
Avaya Interaction Center and CRM & Call Center product authorizations enhance companies’ tender attractiveness and confirm STEP LOGIC competences on the rapidly developing Contact Centers market. The company is authorized to deal with Call centers’ backbone functional and to implement the deployment of up-to-date multimedia Contact Centers.
